The 5 Vayus - what are they about? 11/12/23

I have been researching the Vayus in preparation for my 2024 classes.

I love traditional Yoga philosophy and knowledge but also believe that it has to be transmitted in a down-to-earth and meaningful manner that has integrity but also application for the times we live in.
