Mini-Retreats include yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation and a yoga nidra relaxation session. It will be a silent afternoon of practice so you can relax deeply and enjoy your inner space in the company of like-minded people.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, a handtowel or eye-pillow, a cushion or kneeler for meditation and a water bottle. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Please advise of any health conditions before the class.
Times: 8AM – 11AM or 1.30pm - 4.30pm

The mornings will include a variety of meditation practices in the Christian tradition.
Designed for beginner meditators and for experienced participants who may want to refresh their practice.
